NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Bay Ridge is a large multispecialty practice offering primary care and a wide variety of subspecialty services in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The ambulatory center includes a state-of-the-art on-site imaging center providing MRI scans, CT scans, ultrasound imaging, and X-ray imaging. Project was a gut renovation of a 1924 building. The new center spans 4 clinical floors of approximately 45,000 square feet. Significant building and infrastructure upgrades as part of the project included a new electrical service, two new city water services, a fire pump, redundant high-efficient boilers, completely new HVAC air handlers and distribution system and a complete chilled water distribution system served by 800 Ton rooftop modular chillers.
